We’ve officially entered the Lunar New Year of the Fire Horse. This is a cycle that carries momentum.
Fire brings intensity.
Horse brings drive and movement.
Together, there’s a sense that things don’t want to sit still.
You might notice it already: decisions that need to be made, ideas that don’t want to stay theoretical anymore.
This kind of energy can be powerful.
It favors action, rewards courage, and pushes momentum outward.
But here’s the part worth remembering:
Movement without awareness risks burnout.
Intensity without recovery risks depletion.
The objective in a Fire Horse year isn’t to run faster.
It’s to move with conviction, and enough self-trust to know when to steady yourself.
The most sustainable leaders this year won’t be the loudest or busiest.
They’ll be the ones who:
• Act when it’s time
• Adjust when needed
• Protect their energy like it matters
Because it does.
If there’s something you’ve been circling for months: a decision, a conversation, a new direction. This may be the season to stop rehearsing and start moving.
Just don’t confuse urgency with wisdom.
This is a long run year.
Pace yourself accordingly.
