During the Olympic Games, we celebrate the medalists. We memorize their names. We replay their routines. We call them the best in the world. But for every athlete who steps onto that stage, there are thousands who trained just as hard and never made it there. They woke up early, sacrificed. They invested years. And at some point, they didn’t qualify. Or they were placed just outside the cutoff. Or an injury ended the run. We rarely talk about them. But there is leadership in that story too....
