ABOUT THE TAKE THE LEAP! PROGRAM

(what's so special about this program and what makes it unique)

The Take the Leap! Program grounds emerging leaders in purpose and prosperity and aims to help people discover, create, embrace, and breathe life into their living legacies.

After a successful run as a blended, in-person program in 2019 offered to the general population, Take the Leap! received the 2020 Award of Excellence (AOE) for Outstanding Human Performance Intervention by The International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).

Since Fall 2020, three cohorts of Leapsters! participated in the new, continually improving online blended format bringing the total number of program participants to 5284 Leapsters since 2019.

The experiential program combines story-telling, a systems-thinking community-based approach, positive education and inclusive online learning techniques.

Take the Leap! was offered to post-secondary students and recent alumni facing an uncertain future during the Fall 2020, Spring 2021, and Winter 2022 terms. This was made possible through continued funding support by university groups that see the need for this program in the lives of our future citizens of the world.

In Summer 2022, TTL! made its debut at Queen's University.
