Make an Impact, a program specially designed with the Founder in mind. More about Sonia.

Harvest Performance is a purpose-driven leadership consultancy that helps growth-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) optimize team performance and productivity so they can scale their business without compromising their mission and values or losing sight of their purpose amidst the demands of growth.

 

The Take the Leap! Program for Founders helps you prepare for turbulence by grounding you personally and professional in who you are and why you do what you do. This experiential program combines story-telling, a systems-thinking community-based approach, positive education and inclusive online learning techniques.

You will experience a vibrant online like-minded community led by a dedicated dynamic team.

Sonia Di Maulo and alumni of Take the Leap!, are committed to guiding and supporting your journey. A series of weekly reflective, thought-provoking activities will propel you to discover, create, embrace, and breathe life into your living legacy. The time commitment is a minimum of 60 minutes per week.

This first-of-its-kind curriculum balance: mix of academics, well-being and character development.

​

Our goal is to engage you to complete the program with a living legacy plan that reflects a deep vision grounded in meaning and purpose. 

 

By the end of the program, Founders and Co-Founders will be able to use the growth framework to:

  • Acquire self-assessment skills which lead to purpose-focused decisions.

  • Enhance clarity, engagement, and resilience in navigating life choices.

  • Apply purpose-grounded choices in 70% of decisions when uncertainty occurs. 

  • Connect and share with others to apply their plan over time.

The application period for Fall 2024 is now OPEN. Apply below!

Applications will be reviewed within 7 days of application and founders will be accepted until the maximum of 15 is reached.

​

Deadline to submit: September 6th, 2024 (midnight)

​

The program accepts 15 founders or co-founders from District 3 at Concordia University.

​

District 3 Innovation Hub supports early stage startups focused on education, health, environment, culture or other social issues with positive impact on the community and the world looking for support in roadmap development, funding strategy and global market expansion.

​

All founders working at District 3 are welcome to apply.

We are excited to read your application for selection.

This program is for you if: 

​

  • You are looking to increase your clarity, engagement, and resilience as part of your leadership role as founder or co-founder.

  • You want to solidify your self-leadership to learn more about who you are and how you can lead your team and partners with confidence.

  • You can commit to fully participating in the program which launches on Saturday, September 14 and runs until October 5th, with 4 weekly live online events (2-hours each) and a private coaching call to finalize your Living Legacy Plan. Individual work during this time is required. Full group events will be recorded.

  • You seek opportunities to learn and grow with other founders and co-founders.

  • You want to stretch and grow your capacity to serve.

  • You are excited to learn more about yourself, your purpose and how to use it in positive ways that will impact your world.

Given funding, your investment is $40 (plus taxes) for textbook and workbook.

The program experience is 6 weeks. We meet once a week over 2-hours for the first 4 weeks. You finalize your Living Legacy Plan in the last 2 weeks and meet with a Take the Leap! Advisor to validate your plan.

Consider a minimum of 60 minutes a week to complete the activities. This timing is approximate - you can invest as much or as little time as you want.

This program will help you learn about your 4Ps (Powers, Principles, Passions, and Purpose) which will develop into a plan to a Living Legacy Plan.

Your learning will be live online, offline, and self-directed. We will be using an online platform to deliver the activities and Zoom for the live sessions.

Once you complete the 6 weeks and confirm a Living Legacy Plan, you will then submit your Living Legacy Profile which completes the program.
