Implementing Partner Pilot Cohort

Welcome to the inaugural Take the Leap! Implementation & Facilitator Certification.

Thank you for joining our first Implementing Partner Pilot Cohort. Over the coming weeks, you'll move from experiencing Take the Leap! as a participant to confidently leading implementations that create meaningful impact within your own organization and community.

Designed exclusively for organizations with a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and invited members of their teams, this certification prepares you to confidently launch, lead, and sustain a Take the Leap! Basic Program while maintaining the quality and integrity of the framework.

This certification is designed for business and community leaders who are passionate about enabling purpose in their communities. While you'll strengthen your facilitation skills, the primary focus is on preparing you to successfully lead a complete Take the Leap! implementation and become an active contributor to the growing Take the Leap! ecosystem.

Throughout this journey, you will:

• Explore the principles, science, and methodology that make Take the Leap! a transformational learning experience.

• Experience the framework through the perspectives of both a facilitator and an implementation leader.

• Practice facilitating key components of the Basic Program.

• Explore how to plan, launch, and lead a complete Take the Leap! implementation.

• Explore how to engage participants, peer mentors, partners, and community stakeholders throughout the implementation journey.

• Explore which implementation elements can be adapted to your local context while preserving the integrity of the Take the Leap! experience.

• Learn how to use implementation tools, partnership resources, and reporting processes to support successful implementation.

• Receive coaching, feedback, and individualized support throughout the certification.

By the end of the certification, you'll be prepared to:

✓ Lead a Take the Leap! Basic Program implementation from planning through completion.

✓ Facilitate designated portions of the program with confidence while maintaining the integrity of the framework.

✓ Coordinate cohorts, peer mentors, participant communications, timelines, and implementation activities.

✓ Build relationships with prospective partners, funders, clients, and community organizations.

✓ Develop a local implementation strategy that supports sustainable growth and long-term community impact.

✓ Connect your local initiatives to the growing international Take the Leap! ecosystem by sharing implementation stories, learning, and outcomes.

Program Format

• Five live learning sessions (10 hours)

• Practicum and certification evaluation (5 hours)

Total Live Learning: 15 hours, plus guided preparation and practice activities between sessions.

To maximize coaching, practice, and discussion, certification cohorts are intentionally limited to six participants.

Certification is the beginning of your implementation journey.

Within the months that follow, our goal is to support you as you build local partnerships, launch your first Take the Leap! initiative, and contribute to a growing international ecosystem committed to developing people, strengthening organizations, and creating thriving communities through purpose-driven leadership.

As a certified Facilitator, Implementing Partner, or both, you'll receive ongoing implementation support through quarterly partner conversations, shared resources, coaching, and opportunities to collaborate with organizations around the world.
