About this Event
What if the principles that sustain healthy soils could also help us cultivate healthier and more resilient communities?
Join us for an engaging Impact Exchange conversation with Nadia Moukanni as she explores the connection between personal reinvention, resilience, and regenerative community development.
Drawing on her personal reinvention journey and her background as a soil scientist, Nadia will share how navigating uncertainty, embracing experimentation, and focusing on the conditions that support growth transformed the way she approaches change.
Using the concept of soil aggregate stability as a powerful metaphor, Nadia will explore how developing a strong inner foundation can help us remain grounded through complexity, transition, and disruption.
She will also draw lessons from healthy soil ecosystems to explore three regenerative principles for community development:
Diversity as the Foundation of Resilience
How diverse perspectives, experiences, and contributions strengthen communities.
Creating Space for Flow
How connection, exchange, and movement support learning, collaboration, and growth.
Letting Go to Make Room for Renewal
How release, adaptation, and renewal create the conditions for future possibilities.
Through stories, reflection, and soil-inspired insights, participants will discover how the same principles that support thriving ecosystems can help us cultivate communities that are resilient, adaptive, and regenerative.
