I speak about applying positive communication & using positive education practices & principles, leadership, trust and feedback, evaluation and living systems as models for meaningful connection at work. I work with graduate students in the department of Educational Technology at Concordia University and I teach communication, interpersonal skills and organizational teams courses at the School of Continuing Education at McGill University. I collaborate with schools & school boards to advocate for young leaders and the teachers and staff that support them.
