Our goal is to engage YOU to complete the program with a living legacy plan that reflects a deep vision grounded in meaning & purpose. By the end of the program, you will be able to use the growth framework to: 1. Acquire self-assessment skills which lead to purpose-focused decisions. 2. Enhance clarity, engagement, & resilience in navigating life choices. 3. Apply purpose-grounded choices in 70% of decisions when uncertainty occurs. The investment for a Take the Leap! pilot provides a turn-key solution. We deliver the experience from A to Z from application to the program, leading the experience to reporting.

What happens if I enrol in a public version of Take the Leap!??

What happens if I enrol in a public version of Take the Leap!??

As part of a public version of Take the Leap!, you benefit from progressing through the program with other like-minded purpose-seeking individuals and have access to the Leapster post-program experience.

We have run this program with professionals in organziations, within professional development programs, for undergraduate and graduate students in Canada as well as across Mexico with senior high school students.

Can't attend Live events?

All sessions are recorded in case you can not attend, though the program is more impactful when participants engage in the live events.

We recommend participants dedicate a minimum of 60 minutes a week outside of the live events. All elements are self-paced through an online program and group discussion.

Your learning will be online, offline, in groups and self-directed. We will be using an online platform to deliver the activities and Zoom for the live sessions.

You will have an opportunity to get support through the online discussion and during the Live events.

The Take the Leap! Community welcomes all Leapsters into the Alumni space. Take the Leap! Accountability is an "after-program" that brings together Leapsters on a monthly basis for 1-year to bring your Living Legacy Plan to life!
